Returns: Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or refunds for “change of mind” purchases. We strongly advise that customers review their order details before submitting to avoid any dissatisfaction with their purchase. However, if there is a defect or fault in the product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will review your request and provide a solution.
Handmade Nature: Please note that our kilim rugs are handmade, and as such, may have small imperfections in their makeup. These imperfections only add to the unique beauty of the rug and are not considered a fault. We cannot accept returns based on such imperfections.
Colour Accuracy: We take every effort to ensure that the colours of our products are accurately represented in our photography. However, please note that the actual colour intensity may differ slightly from the online colour due to the resolution of the screen on devices, and the lighting used in photography.
Disclaimer: All our kilim rugs are carefully crafted to meet the highest standards of quality. However, due to their handmade nature, there may be slight variations in design, size and colour. Such variations do not affect the overall quality and beauty of the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your preferred bank account within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
